Chrysler Repair: how to replace 99 300M radiator fans, amp fuse, radiator fans

Question
I finally figured out that a bad bearing in one fan is blowing the 30 amp fuse repeatedly killing AC as well as fans. How do you swap out the fans and shroud assembly? Looks like their isn't enough room for an quick easy fix. Any cautions about aftermarket fans?

I love my 99 300M, with 156K. Other owners tell me to dump it while it runs well as trannies rarely go beyond 170K. any truth to that?

thanks,
Mark
