Chrysler Repair: Rough running at slight opening of throttle, throttle position sensor, obd ii scanner

Question
Hi Roland I have a 96 Concorde with a 3.3L
It was on OBD II scanner and had a fluctuating voltage reading between 0.81 and 0.84 at idle on the throttle position sensor, and the Egr is not sticking, do you have any idea what the normal reading should be, I'm trying to figure out a stumbling problem off of idle, I just replaced the crank sensor and it fixed a driveability issue, but its not throwing any codes

Thanks for your help

Answer
Hi Gregg,
Have you tried cleaning out the throttle body's throat and both sides of the throttle plate and the idle side air passage? That might help. On the voltage reading, that is not far off of what mine reads on a 2.5L 4 cyl (1.06V). The other thing that you could do is check the continuity of the variable resistance of the tps. Just put your ohmmeter between the center contact and either side contact, then move the throttle lever and notice if the resistance varies smoothly with no dead spots.
Let me know what happens. Those are the most likely possibilities.
You can get back using the "thank/rate" tab so as not to wait for me to be 'available' to take another question.
