Chrysler Repair: ATC UNIT, dodge chrysler, chrysler car

i have a 93 new yorker and busted off the heat control knob and looking and fixxing it but i have to replace it with a new unit,now i am wondering if i can use and dodge/chrysler car/model with the same Automatic Temp Control Unit

Hi Aaron,
If your car is the LH body which first came out that year, then my belief would be that you could use one from any LH car in the years '93 to '97. To be sure, you could check that with parts department of a Chrysler dealer who would be able to cross-reference to any used donor car/year that you can find in a pull-it-yourself yard. There are very few differences among the New Yorker, LHS, Intrepid, Concorde and Vision as far as AC/heating system parts.
