Chrysler Repair: 1999 town & country: wont start, etax relay clicks, noise engine, voltage supply

Question
eatx shutdown relay making clicking noise engine spins over but won't crank also just died while going down the road

Answer
Hi Buddy,
I am unclear about 'spins over' as compared to 'won't crank' because I associate cranking with turning the engine over. Do you mean the starter will turn the engine but it won't start? Or that the starter spins but the engine doesn't crank (turn over)
In the meantime, you might check whether you hear the fuel pump run when you first turn the key to "run", for about 1 second or so.
And if the engine will turn over but not start, check to see if you are getting spark at one of the spark plug ranks.
Finally turn the ignition switch 'on-off-on-off-on and leave on' doing that in 5 seconds or less. Then see if get any 4 digit fault codes in the odomenter window of the cluster. If so let me know.
The etax relay clicking sounds to me like a voltage supply to its actuating coil being low or a weak relay, but that can be dealt with later.
Let me know what you learn and clarify the situation, please.
