Chrysler Repair: 99 town country dead, then start, lights flickering, calibration results, dash lights

Question
Hi Kevin
Strange thing happened tonight.Battery acted dead after drving home and no power when trying to restart van.No click, nothing.Moved the shifter a couple times, then mysteriously it started, but head-lights flickered with rpms, and dash lights too.Like a faulty regulator. The 4 lights in center console where flashing.Code for it on running system check later was 1 wiper,2 int wiper,1 wiper,4 int.,1 wiper,9 int, then repeat over.Know what that is? or just acting up from power loss?
After messing around some more,it started normal again, and headlights where steady and no flickering of dash lights..????
Short in battery? Altinator regulator getting ready to die?? ignition switch??
I checked battery terminls where tight and clean. The dash pins have been resoldered fixing that problem months ago.
Thanks for time and advice!

Answer
Hi Brian,
This question was in the "pool" which means Kevin punted it to me.
I don't have anyother suggestions, other than that what the console was showing were calibration results of the heater/ac unit which probably was kicked off by the power intermittent. Any other progress since I directly answered you.
