Hi Watson,
That is a low-reverse solenoid problem in the solenoid box of the transmission or its wires to the transcontroller. That would be pin 20 at the TCM from pin 7 at the box, and from pin 7 to pin 4 at the relay box itself (black 8-wire plug). If the wire checks out, and the solenoid is continuous from 4 to 7, then it must be a mechanical issue with the solenoid.
