Chrysler Repair: 96 Sebring convertible A\C: charge level determination, postal mail, xerox copy

So my sebring`s AC was blowing warm air. I tryed to refill it with a walmart kit which I got for about 20$. It got a little better, the air is not worm, but niether cold, just so so.. So I`m wondering what whould be the correct AC low side pressure for the 96 conv. sebring? I just don`t want to over fill the thing, but I feel it could use a little more in it. Any other idea what could cose the problem? Thank you a lot. Adrian
