Chrysler Repair: No spark: 94 (2.5L or 3.0L?), plymouth sundance, fuse box

Question
94 plymouth sundance I'm not getting any fire at the plugs or the distributor.  Also, no power to the coil.  I've changed the plugs, dist. cap, ignition coil, and the distributor itself.  Nothing is working.  No burned fuses in the fuse box.  The only thing I can think is a relay or the module.  Any advice?

Answer
Hi Tommy,
Check for fault codes using the ignition key: "on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light which remains 'on' to begin flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat for accuracy. Then group the counts in pairs in order of appearance to form the 2-digit fault codes. The last code is always 55 which is the code number for 'end of readout'.
I suspect you have lost the signal from the distributor spark timing sensor. That would cause a code 11 or 54, depending upon which engine you have. Let me know what you find out. Other code numbers: go to www.allpar.com/fix/codes.html
