Chrysler Repair: 2003 Chrysler Town & Country Driver side Power mirror replacement, power mirror, panel instrument

Need to replace driver side external mirror, power, heated, no memory, no dim. T&C 2003 3.3 L. I read up the existing answers. I figured out how to remove the triangular trim and located the 3 nuts  fastening the mirror to the pillar (not to the door). I cannot figure out how to diconnect the wires. I removed the upper instrument panel, and don't see any connector to unplug. Help.

REMOVAL
Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, lift up the end of the instrument panel top pad enough to gain access to the mirror electrical connector, if equipped. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/INSTRUMENT PANEL TOP COVER - REMOVAL)
Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.
Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the trim cover (SIDE VIEW MIRROR).
Remove the bolts.
Remove the mirror from the pillar.
