Chrysler Repair: trailer wiring, frame molding, cable clamp

Question
I am trying to install trailer wiring on my 2005 town and country.  Part of the directions say to "partially remove the driver's side rear trim panel".  This is in the rear of the car near the jack storage cover.  My question is how is this rear trip panel connected and how do I remove it so as not to damage it and be able to put it back on?

Thanks
