QuestionI want to replace the serp. belt on my 02 T&C.
There does not appear to be much maneuvering room to do this job.
Do I need to remove anything to make the job easier?
Can I do it from the top without going under the vehicle?
My van has about 60 K miles is that about the service interval?

Raise vehicle on hoist.
Remove the drive belt shield (Accessory Drive Belt Shield).
WARNING: DO NOT ALLOW DRIVE BELT TENSIONER TO SNAP BACK, AS DAMAGE TO TENSIONER AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY COULD RESULT.
Position a wrench on the belt tensioner lug (DRIVE BELT TENSION RELEASE).
Release belt tension by rotating the tensioner counterclockwise (DRIVE BELT TENSION RELEASE).
Remove the drive belt (ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT).
Carefully return tensioner to its relaxed position.
