in need to know how to remove the front bumper cover on a 1998 chrysler cirrus

FRONT BUMPER FASCIA
REMOVAL
Release hood latch and open hood.
Remove front wheelhouse splash shields as necessary to gain assess to fascia fasteners. Refer to Body, for proper procedures.
Remove push in fasteners holding bottom of fascia to radiator closure panel.
Disengage fog lamp wire connector from body harness, if equipped.
Remove push in fasteners holding fascia to front fenders. Front Bumper Fascia
Disengage fascia from hooks on bottom of front fenders.
Separate fascia from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Place fascia on position on vehicle.
Engage fascia to hooks on bottom of front fenders.
Install push in fasteners to hold fascia to front fenders.
Engage fog lamp wire connector to body wire harness, if equipped.
Install push in fasteners to hold bottom of fascia to radiator closure panel.
Install front wheelhouse splash shields.
