Chrysler Repair: 00 neon cranks wont start, crank sensor, cam sensor

have changed crank sensor, pcm fact. refurb programmed for vin and mileage, cam sensor tests properly 0.5- 5 V pulse, coil pack is good... still no spark... can you tell me the ground pegs on this puter and any other suggestions? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Richard,
Ground are 10,47,50 with a sensor ground at 43. Have you checked for pulsing on the crank sensor? These are from a '97 manual for the Neon but I believe those shouldn't have changed. I would try to get fault codes for help if you can get a hold of a reader.
