Chrysler Repair: 2001 Chrystler T&C Van :: Heater stuck on full, no fan, AC not working, blower motor resistor, ac condenser

Question
Hi,
My mini van's heater is stuck in the on position, which was fine (I live in ME) until the snow melted. Now it's 100 degrees in the van when the engine gets going. The AC does not work either. Our local dealer could not confidently diagnose unless they remove the dashboard. Their dx tools showed a fault of unknown origin.
The 2001 van has 126,000 miles and is in good shape all things considered.
Any ideas on what could be the root cause?
Is it worth the $600 to uncover the problem further, and then have to repair the problem?
Thanks?

Answer
well lets see   the fan is stuck on one speed high correct??  need a blower motor resistor power module  u can do that yourself 2 screws and its done  behind the glove box.
Second  U get no cold air correct?  take a look up front on the pass side  lower part of the ac condenser  does it look like there is a wet spot there??  if so  there is alot of your ac issue  they leak from that corner.
