Chrysler Repair: 2005 T&C Limited Power Door Locks INOP, manual roland, power doors

Question
Question - coming from a soldier stationed in Germany.
I have a 2005 T&C Limited with all the extras - power doors, lift gate, DVD and CD Changer. The problem that I am having is with the power door locks. They do not work. If I use the remote the lights flash and horn sounds but that’s it, the doors do not lock or unlock.  The only way that we have to lock and unlock each door is to manually lock/unlock each door. The lift gate can not be opened manually it seems to stay locked and will lift when using the key or the button inside the vehicle.

Can problem be with the multi-wire wiring harness that connects between the dash and the interior of the passenger door? Is there a fuse specifically for the door locks that is not obvious? I've seen where someone asked this questions some years ago but I did not see any follow up answer that could have further assisted me.

Thank you ahead of time.

Answer
Hi John,
I am sorry to say that I believe my knowledge of the post-2000 models is very scant. I rely upon shop manuals for the wiring diagrams and these manuals are too expensive for me to acquire for recent models. Rather than guess I would suggest that you direct your question to Kevin who as a mechanic with a dealership has access to these manual.
