the remote or the key will not unlock car I changed battery in remote.Chrysler 300 2005

When you replaced the battery in the remote did you notice if the tabs on the mother board where the key battery is connected to the motherboard or are they broken or not attached seen allot of key battery prongs broken off the motherboards on these keys not allowing the key fob to get power
