Chrysler Repair: replacing drivers side mirror ona 2002 sebring sadan, side mirror, speaker grille

Question
I managed to remove the small cap on the drivers door that covers the side mirror from the inside.
There are wires going inside the drivers door that I need to disconnect when replacing the mirror.
How do I remove the inner part of the drivers side door so I have access to these parts ? This is probably a basic operations in many cars but I have no clue where to start
Thanks
