Chrysler Repair: 2001 Dodge GC, coolant fan relay location, powertrain control module, radiator fan

Question
QUESTION: I have a 2001 Dodge GC, and i have the P1491fault, i bought a coolant fan relay but is not the same than the one that is on the driver side of the front bumper beam, is relay has a heat sink and the one i bought does not.
I followed the cable of the right fan and i think there is other relay behind the right (passenger side) bumper cover by  the vacuum reservoir.
Can you help me to find out where is the relay? and also do you have any electrical wiring for the 2001 dodge garn caravan?
Thanks for your help.

Edgar Paco.

ANSWER: the one with the heat sink is the relay    go to a dodge dealer and get the correct one  instead of going to a parts store that wont get u the right one.
