Chrysler Repair: 2004 Chrysler T&C Radio, blown fuse, fuse box

The radio, DVD Player, 1 of the AC outlets & clock have stopped working in my 2004 T&C touring edition. It is like there is a blown fuse but I cannot locate a fuse. It happened once before and a dealer repaired it at no charge, but they didn't tell me what they did.

there is a fuse under the hood. Looking at it while U are on teh driver side of the van open the fuse box up. There will be a fuse top right that is in a different location then others check that one.
It will look like it can go in 2 different places.
