Chrysler Repair: Chrysler 300C, body mechanic, frame straightener

I was in a sort of head on collision and my 2006 Chrysler 300c is estimated at over 13000 damage and when I went to look at it today, the frame rails are bent and torn, can this be replaced? According to the insurance they are going to have them replaced as well as all the other damage. Is the vehicle still safe and will any value be lost on the car? I haven't even had it a year. (Accident was the other girls fault)

As far as value of on a vehicle thats been wrecked it never looks good for the buyer so I would say an accident would make the vehicle depreciate how much I cant answer that and Frame rails being replaced I'm not sure I'm not a body mechanic but I know there is a such thing as a frame straightener which straightens bent frames from accidents and it must be safe or they wouldn't do it sorry to hear about the tragedy and hope everyone was ok thats the main thing cars are replaceable people aren't
