Chrysler Repair: codes p0406 and p0573, 2005 chrysler 300, chrysler 300

Hello I have a 2005 chrysler 300 touring RWD v6 3.5 litre i received two codes from my car the first is for an egr valve which i will have to find out how to do i am awaiting the part its on b/o but my real issue is the other code which is coming up now and didnt before it says brake circuit high what does this mean and is there a way for me to fix this?

It means the brake light circuit sees high voltage so something electrical I'm not sure what to tell you to check try unplugging the battery for an hour and then hooking it back up and see if the code comes back and do you have brake lights is there any water present anywhere on the tail light connectors him not real sure without seeing the car
