Chrysler Repair: instrument cluster light bulb replacement, chrysler town and country minivan, chrysler town and country

Question
I own a 2002 AWD Chrysler Town and Country Minivan.  Recently, the lights on my instrument panel went out.  This is very inconvenient when driving at night.  I purchased some PC74 light bulbs and would like to replace them myself but I can't figure out how to remove the instrument panel to get to where I need to replace the bulbs.  I don't know much about car repairs, but I've replaced a tail light bulb before and I figure that this job wouldn't be too difficult for me to attempt.  Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the instrument panel so I can change the bulbs?

Thanks,

Josh
