Chrysler Repair: 2005 pacifica ... both driver and passenger power/heated seats not working, blown fuse, 2005 chrysler pacifica

Question
QUESTION: about 2 weeks ago our 2005 chrysler pacifica driver and passenger power and heated seats stopped working... the back seats still heat up but the my husband and my seats refuse to... ive been searching online trying to figure out if it could just be a blown fuse.. my husband doesnt think it is because he looked at it.. so now im asking how can i reset the circuit breakers?? the dealership we got it from isnt being very understanding of us just wanting them to look at it and see whats going on with it, even though we havent had it a year :) anything you can tell us would be GREATLY appreciated!!! :)

ANSWER: It doesn't sound like a fuse problem. It sounds like the heater element in the bottom part of the seat went bad because the back rest part you say still heats up
