Chrysler Repair: Instructions on changing a head gasket, cylinder head bolts, cylinder head gasket

Hi, I have a chrysler concord 96 or 95 and I need instructions on changing a head gasket, I'm a graduating mechanic, and still need a little experience. Thanks

Heres what I have for replacing cylinder heads on a 3.5 liter 96 concord


CYLINDER HEAD
Cylinder Head, Camshaft, and Rocker Arms
REMOVAL
Refer to Camshaft Sprocket and Engine Timing in this group for disassembly and remove camshaft sprockets. The rear timing belt covers must be removed before the cylinder heads can be removed.
Remove intake manifold assembly. Refer to Intake and Exhaust Manifolds for procedure.
Remove rear timing belt cover to cylinder head fasteners Rear Timing Belt Cover Attaching Bolts Remove the rear covers.
The right side timing belt cover has o-rings located behind it for water pump passages Right Side Timing Belt Cover Water Pump O-Rings
Remove cylinder head bolts and remove cylinder head.
INSTALLATION
The cylinder head bolts are tighten using a torque to yield procedure. They should be examined BEFORE reuse. If the threads are necked down the bolts should be replaced Checking Bolts for Stretching (Necking) .

Necking can be checked by holding a scale or straight edge against the threads. If all the threads do not contact the scale the bolt should be replaced.

Before installing the bolts the threads should be oiled with engine oil.
Install head gasket over locating dowels make sure the gasket is installed on the correct side Cylinder Head Gasket Identification
Install cylinder head over dowels.
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown in Cylinder Head Bolt Tightening Sequence Using the 4 step torque turn method, tighten according to the following values:
First All to 61 N·m (45 ft. lbs.)
Second All to 88 N·m (65 ft. lbs.)
Third All (again) to 88 N·m (65 ft. lbs.)
Fourth + 1/4 Turn Do not use a torque wrench for this step.
Bolt torque after 1/4 turn should be over 90 ft. lbs. If not, replace the bolt.
Install rear timing belt covers. Use new O-ring on the water pump passages on the right side cover. Tighten bolts to specified torque:
M10 - 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.)
M8 - 28 N·m (20 ft. lbs.)
M6 - 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.)
Install timing belt. Refer to procedure outlined in Camshaft Sprocket and Engine Timing in this section.
Install timing belt covers. Refer to procedure outlined in this section.
Install intake and exhaust manifolds. Refer to Intake and Exhaust Manifolds for procedure
