Chrysler Repair: airbag replacement, postal mail, steering wheel

I had a very minor front end collison. How do I replace the airbag on my 89 lebaron steering wheel? Do I need to replace sensors in the front fenders?

I have the '89 shop manual that describes how this is done. If you would like I can copy the pages that apply and postal mail them to you. Just use the "thank and rate" tab where you will find a comment area into which you can enter a postal mailing address.
