Chrysler Repair: door repair, door latch, interior door panel

Question
The driver's side door latch seems to be broken.  How can I fix this problem.

Answer
you first need to remove the interior door panel and then put the window in the closed position the latch should have maybe 2 or 3 rods going to it remember where those rods are and unclip the plastic rod keeps from the rods. Then on the outside of you door where the latch is there should be 3 torque bolts something like a T40 maybe remove them and then remove latch and reverse process This is what a manual to a 05 caravan has you do it and it should be similar thanks
