Hi Joe,
I would search eBay autos (under the title: '91 Chrysler service manual) and also list it on your favorites so you can easily check it every few days. You should be able to get the 3-volume set for under $20 if you wait for a fairly priced one to come up at auction. There are a lot of overpriced manuals listed too but I would avoid those.
