Chrysler Repair: 2001 Chrysler T&C driver side mirror, panel instrument, side mirror

Question
How do I replace the mirror? It seems attached to the instrument panel but I have no idea how to do it. Please help thanks!

Answer
REMOVAL
Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, lift up the end of the instrument panel top pad enough to gain access to the mirror electrical connector, if equipped. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/INSTRUMENT PANEL TOP COVER - REMOVAL)
Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.
Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the trim cover (SIDE VIEW MIRROR).
Remove the bolts.
Remove the mirror from the pillar.

REMOVAL
Remove A-pillar trim. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755) or equivalent, gently pry out and remove.
Using a trim stick, disengage clips attaching rear edge of top cover to instrument panel (INSTRUMENT PANEL TOP COVER).
NOTE: The Instrument Panel Top Cover may be hard to unsnap from the instrument panel. Be sure not to mar, scuff, or damage the instrument panel pad.

Remove top cover from vehicle and silencer.
