Chrysler Repair: voyager starting bproblem, grand voyager, secs

Hi, I have a 98 grand voyager and when I start up the engine dies after 5 secs. also the "alarm set" light stays on, although I don't use the alarm due to a previous problem. Last time it ran properly, the rear wiper did not function. Any connection or just coincidence?

Any ideas on how to fix? If disconnecting the alarm will solve it, that is fine by me

U cant disconnect the alarm  its a built in function of the Body computer  U  the key and lock and unlock the drier side  that will manually turn it off. IF that did not work give me the last 8 of the vin so I can see if it was built with an alarm any way.
