Chrysler Repair: 1998 Sebring LXi 2.5- Replacing lights, hood latch, lamp bulb

Question
Map lights- Do I need to remove the rearview mirror and disassemble to replace them? If so is it held in by torque screws?

Floor lights- Near the feet of the driver, and passenger.

Rear passenger brake light- How do I get the damn thing out to change the bulb? Or is it accesible through the trunk?
