Chrysler Repair: Radio in 98 T&C, fuse box, steering wheel

No the radio is not connected to the steering wheel in any way.Thank you for your help I am very grateful

Hi Heidi,
I would check fuse #8 in the fuse box under the dash on the driver's side of the car as that is the one that provides power to the radio. I don't see any relationship to the failure of the other items, so it may be a separate issue.
