Hd. lt. doors in open pos. wont close lites come on.Suspect relay in eng. compt.. Which relay is close door?

Hi Joe,
If you look in the power distribution center box under the hood you will see a row of 7 relays. The middle one is the door open, the one inboard from that is door close, and the outboard is the motor operating relay. So play around with those. If you hear the motor run in both directions and the door won't move then the gears in the motor assembly are worn out.
