Answer
Hi Ken,
I have to beg unfamiliarity with a model year as new as 2005, as explained in my claim to expertise my ability to access manuals newer than 2000 is limited by the costs thereof. But based upon my '98 van manual I believe that if you look under the dash on the driver side you will find a fuse box where there will likely be a fuse or fuse-like item (called a PTC, "positive temperature coefficient") that has blown. In that '98 model it is PTC #3, but it may be different in yours. But there should be some sort of name on each fuse/PTC as to its purpose. If you find the item to be OK, then there are 2 relays for that door locking circuit, one of which could be defective.
