Chrysler Repair: 1999 T&C LMT: Continual Fuse Blown, heated seats, blinkers

I have a 1999 Town & Country Limited and currently the 10A fuse that supports the blinkers, the ABS light, heated seats and air blower continues to blow.  I have replaced it 3 times already.  
The first time I replaced it, my wife called me later that day to let me know the blinkers weren't working again.  The second time I replace the fuse I told my wife not to use the heated seats, and it blew again.  She told me she didn't turn anything on.  
I don't know what to check next.  Please advise.  Thank you.

buy a manual with a wire diagram and search out  all of the stuff on that circuit   possible  load on that circuit  like the turn signal lights  or what have u plus  note when it will blow  like using heated seats  or what ever else is on that circuit.
