Chrysler Repair: alarm system wont disarm: 94 LH body, chrysler new yorker, power locks

Question
QUESTION: I have a 94 Chrysler New Yorker Sedan that as an alarm set and will not respond to the BOB to unlock and disable. When I put the key into the car to start it, it shuts down the engine. Is there anyway that I can disable the alarm in order to start my car again? Not even the power locks work or the remote on my keys. Is there a way to fix it?

ANSWER: Hi Mandy,
You should be able to disarm the anti-theft security system by locking, then unlocking with your door key either the driver door lock or the passenger door lock. So try each of those doors and try to start after trying each of them. If that doesn't do it then I have to tell you about how to by-pass the door locks to do this by use of a wire to jump a couple of pins at the 'body control module' which is where the security system is centered.
Are you sure that the battery in your key fob is not worn out and needs to be replaced? That might explain why it isn't disarming.
Once you get it to disarm, if the system seems to be unreliable then you can avoid the whole issue by never using the power locks or the door key or the fob to lock the car up. Only use the manual push buttons on the inside of the doors as you exit to lock the car and the alarm system will never arm again.
So first see if you can get the engine to start again as described above.
Repairing the problem is possible but economical probably only if you do it yourself. You can't remove the system, only work around it as described above.

QUESTION: Yes I tried to do it the way you had describe me to do it and still the car will not start. Is it possible that it might be the battery? It's a new battery but I had to give my boyfriend a boost about two times, we have the same battery but he has a bigger engine. He has an 454 7.4L couldn't the truck take all my current from my battery? If not then can you possibly tell me how to bypass the door locks? Where is the key fob located? I replace the battery in my remote and that did not even work.

Answer
Hi Mandy,
I may have misinterpreted your history of the problem. It sounds to me like the engine's starter motor will not crank the engine, correct? If that is the case, that has nothing to do with thesecurity system. If it were armed/alarmed it would allow you to start the engine, but what would happen is that after about 3 seconds it would cut off the spark and fuel to the engine.
So maybe what you need to do is charge the battery or get help with a jump from another vehicle with jumper cables. By key fob I mean the remote, same thing. You said something about a BOB which I assumed you meant by that is the remote. Did you mean something else? The door locks can always be operated via the key. And the way to lock the car with the power door lock is to just push down the manual buttons on each door and the exit.
So unless there is something I don't understand, why not either get the battery charged or buy a small charger and charge the battery overnight where the car sits?
Also, I would suggest that you open the hood and open the rectangular electrical box near the battery. Have a helper try to start the car and listen for the starter relay to click. If it doesn't then try moving the shift lever to one side and then the other side of the central Park position and then try the Neutral position similarly. It could be a maladjustment of the safety switch that allows you only to start in Park or Neutral. If it still doesn't click then it is likely that the ignition switch is faulty but a voltmeter test is needed to be sure of that.  If it does click, and your battery is good, then there should also be a loud click from the solenoid switch at the starter motor. If not, then the solenoid may be bad or the relay itself, or the wire that connects the two together. If you get a loud click and no action, then either the battery is weak or the starter motor is faulty or the battery cable to the starter motor is loose.
Those are the items/strategies to try.
