Chrysler Repair: 1999 Dodge Intrepid Driving Me Crazy, amp fuse, dashboard lights

Question
I've got one of the strangest problems with this car. I'm a very experienced shadetree mechanic which makes this even more aggravating. The car ran fine until the temperature outside dropped to under 50 degrees. Now, without fail, the car dies after a couple of minutes of driving. The weird part is how it dies. It will die in my driveway sitting still or on the freeway at 55mph. After it dies, if I don't turn off the ignition from the "RUN" position, the dashboard lights are all on but the tachometer is jumping like crazy. It goes from zero to 7000 and anywhere in between like it's having an epileptic fit. With the key still in the "RUN" position the purge solenoid is going crazy in unison with the tachometer. If you put your ear to the intake manifold you can hear either the injectors or the spark plugs being fired at the same time, but wildly and randomly. After you turn the key off and try to restart, the engine appears to be way off time as it locks up the starter motor and won't crank correctly. After a minute or so the car cranks and sometimes starts fine. Often it blows the 20 amp fuse that controls the injectors and coils. After you change out the fuse the car usually starts fine and runs perfectly until it cools again overnight. No codes are set in the computer. The car is a 3.2L if that makes any difference. The ignition switch is new as well as the battery and cables. It's been my experience that changing out the main computer rarely fixes the problem. What do you think?

Answer
u got a nice one  well  the wire diagram shows  that 20 amp is power for all coils  and all injectors and 2 capacitors.
U can look at the could and see if one looks like it is blown up by it bubbling out on the side  or top. Possible pcm, wires, injectors, coils or the capacitors.
