Chrysler Repair: 95 Grand Voyager No Low Beams, radio non-op, lighting circuits, low beams

Question
Hi, first radio unit stopped; no lower, no clock.  then no low beams, only highs.  Prior to problems, driver door was soaked during downpour when window would not close :(

Your help would be appreciated.

Answer
Hi Ken,
I need a bit more information: did you mean "no blower" when you typed "no lower" or something else? Also, the lighting circuits vary depending upon which engine you have, and do you have daytime running lamps, and do you have an automatic transmission? Does the driver window still not close?  Check fuses 17 and 18, and also see if the low beam relay in the upper left hand corner of the relay block (located near the fuse block) clicks when you turn on the headlamp switch. I have the '95 diagrams but it will take some testing if it isn't something simple like the fuses or the relay. Did the dash or the headlamp switch or dimmer switch get wet? Is the radio totally dead? How about the station presets?
