1990 chrysler 5th ave. When turning on headlights covers don't open.what to
do?where is the relay located?

Hi Yoy,
The relay for the headlamp doors is located in the power distribution center under the hood, and the circuit breaker that provides power to it is circuit breaker 2 in the relay module that is located above the fuse block under the dash.
So see if there is voltage coming out of the circuit breaker and then check to see if you hear the relay click when you try the headlamps.
