Chrysler Repair: 99 Chrysler Town & Country, abs light, chrysler town

Question
For the past 3 weeks my minivan has been shutting off at random times.  It started with my abs light coming on followed by my alarm set light then it caused all of my needles to drop.  My gas needle to drop to empty, my rpm will drop to zero, my speedometer drops to o and the radiator temp drops also. During this time the car is driving and running fine.  My Check engine light sometimes comes on a little later but usually it may be on before this all starts. I can turn my car off and when all this crazy activity is going on I can start the car up later and it starts up fine.  What will happen at times is that the check engine light will not stay on, the abs light will go off like it should and the alarm set won't stay on when I start up the car.  The car will appear to be working perfect.  This is when I worry, because when i start the car up it cranks like it is going to work and it will shut off.  All the lights in the dash will come on but no sound. The battery is working fine, the starter isn't the problem nor is the alternator.  I think it has something to do with the alarm that is in the car. There is no cut off switch, and in a 3 week period I had to get towed six times.  To top it all off, once I tow the car to my home and I let the car sit there over night it starts up in the morning as if it never had a problem this happens every time.  Yeah sometimes the lights are on (check engine, abs, alarm set)or sometimes the lights come on after I have been driving for a while.  It seems like the alarm is resetting itself.  can you give me some insight.  One triple A guy said it may be the fuel pump is going bad, but i really don't think so.  this car rides fine when I am driving it.  Other triple A guys all confirm that battery, starter and alternator are all working fine.  they are stumped.  do you know anything about these vans, the alarm, and why it may be having this problem. It is making me lose hours out of my life and i would like it to stop. I don't want to take it to a mechanic because i believe they will go through the process of elimination and it will cost me money i don't have.  If i knew what it was then i would be willing to let one look at it.  I have no chrysler repair guys near me and i can just imagine how much that may cost.

Answer
U have a printed circuit board going bad in the cluster  it will get bad enough to where u wont be able to start the van at all.  When it does it stuff  smack the top of the dash and watch it come back to life.  U can get a new board which is around 450 and install it  then u will need to have it programed. I see this all the time  and if u were to get the codes scanned for the check engine light u would get ones like no commutation with TCM,PCM and or BCM.
