I have the glove box out of the way and the 3 screws that hold the blower motor in but there is something inside not letting the cover to come off

Hi Chris,
My '98 manual says there are four (4) screws so see if you can locate the fourth. Unfortunately the drawing shows only 3 so the fourth may be hidden from view. Then you remove the wiring grommet and disconnect the plug. Feed the wiring thru the housing. Then there are three screws that hold the motor inside the housing. It should drop down. If you have a '95 or earlier year, then some disassembly of the instrument panel is required. I am not sure when the design changed between '95 and '98.
