Chrysler Repair: 1996 Chrysler Cirrus headlight assembly, 1996 chrysler cirrus, headlamp bulb

Question
Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me how to get the headlight apart to replace the bulb?  In addition, there is warm air blowing from the floor on the drivers side, even when the A/C is blowing out ice cold.  Any ideas?  I just got this car and I'm not familiar with Chryslers...Thanks so much!!!
