Chrysler Repair: 2002 concord check engine light P2305, chrysler dealer, move number

Question
Hi Kevin,
I own 2002 concord with 2.7L v6. Check Engine Light comes on intermittently, but most of the time it's on. When I cycle the ignition key, I got P2305, P2314 etc. (seems to be random, sometimes only one, sometimes more than 2 cyl.) telling "Ignition Coil Secondary Circuit" by the service manual, while Chrysler dealer says misfirings trigger the code. This has been going for almost 4 years and every year I have a pain for passing NY state inspection (emission not ready). Replaced one (of two) O2 sensor, spark plugs (I believe they actually did not) and tighten up the fuel cap to three clicks per suggestion. When engine gets cold, especially after a long light-loading cruse, the light tends to go off. But when the engine is fully warmed and after prolonged idling (~2 min.), the light tends to come back on. As far as I can tell, engine runs smooth, good derivability with ~18mpg in city, ~24mpg on hwy. Only exceptions could be 1) occasionally, the engine starts slightly rough on right after a cold start for 20 seconds when the check engine light is **off** (engine tends to settle smoother when the light is **ON**), 2) during that period, I feel all the electric lights are flickering. Dealer checked the voltage for this and they said no problem. Any though, suggestion will be highly appreciated. I am thinking to buy one of those high-end OBD scan tools to see "frozen data" or
live data. Would you think it to be worthwhile? Thank you so much!

Answer
tell me u have put new coil packs on for those 2 clys?
I have a 99 with a 2.7  and each cly has its own coil.
If u want o know for sure  move number 2 to number 1 and move number 5 to 4 and see if the codes fallow where u put the coil packs  if they do move and u get 2302  2311  then u need new coil packs.I live in ATlanta
