Chrysler Repair: Concorde Key Fob, key fobs, panic buttons

Question
Hi I just bought a replacement 1999/2000 Concorde.  The key fobs for this car have been lost over the years by other owners.  The Concorde that I just had to scrap 1999 had one it has the usual unlock/lock/trunk/panic buttons.  With not having a fob from the new car I have no way of programming the old fob.  I called a dealer who wants at least $50.00 to program it for me.  Is there no way of doing this on my own.  I have owned other cars over the years that only required you to press the unlock 4 times or turn the ignition on and off 4 or five times.  If I have to get it programmed at the dealer I will but it seem a tad high for what has to be done, but without it my Alarm system cannot be used, as far as I know.

Thanks for any help in advance

Answer
no choice my friend
PROGRAMMING BY CUSTOMER
For a customer to be able to program RKE transmitters themselves, at least one RKE transmitter must be programmed already. This procedure is to add additional transmitters. If all transmitters are lost, the DRB lll® must be used to program the new transmitters.

I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
