I don't see any difference between servicing the plugs on those two engines. Using the '95 manual I find that the gaps are different: 0.039-0.044 on the 3.0L, 0.048-0.053 on the 3.3L. Be careful to not mis-order the plug wires on the 3.0L; it has some internal rearrangements in the cap which would make it appear that the plugs aren't firing in the proper order, so don't rearrange the wires.
