Chrysler Repair: Chrysler Sebring LXi 2000, chrysler sebring, abs light

Question
Hi,
I just got front brakes and new rotors put on in June. Well now all I am hearing is a rubbing sound in the front I believe it's the right side. I thought sometimes it sounded like a grind at times.. My cousin, who worked on my car is a mechanic on the side, he said it seems it could be something with the anti lock brakes.. He looked it up and couldn't find a thing about it in his repair book.. Also when he touched down at the brakes they were burning hot just like it was when I needed the new brakes.. He was checking under the hood and couldn't find a box for the anti lock brakes.. What could be the problem here? Help please..
Thanks

Answer
u used after market pads  the wrong ones, Locked up caliper.
The abs only is used when a wheel is going slower or faster then another  and u know its in use  the abs light will flash on the dash.
If u live in the Atlanta area i would look at it for u.
