Chrysler Repair: 97 Plymouth Breeze A/C, pressure relief valve, plymouth breeze

Question
Hi, here’s the problem on my a/c. Charge system to 40psi,idle, system blows cold. Bring the rpm’s up to 2000 in park, the compressor starts  cycling in and out, bring the rpms up to 2500, cycles in and out radically and the low pressure side goes way up and blow off valve opens and dumps the 134a. Changed the pressure relief valve, cycle switch on the high pressure side and it still does the same thing. Is the compressor leaking from the high to the low pressure side? Don’t want to play the parts-o-change-o game. Any ideas, this thing is driving me crazy? Thanks!

Answer
well the compressor is not turning off when the high side is to high  that could be the compressor.restriction in the high side area, sensor not showing how high the high side is. With out a set of gauges on there and u tell me what the high side is doing i would be guessing as well. I also might have to much freon in there as well. Live any where near Atlanta?
