Chrysler Repair: 01 Dodge Stratus 2.7L ES, amp fuse, rear struts

Question
I tried starting my car the other day.  It would not turn over, no sound or anything.  I checked the fuse box in the engine compartment-there was a 20A fuse blown that said starter/fuel pump (I believe it said starter, maybe ignition).

I put in a new fuse (20A) it blew immediately once I turned the key over.  This time, I heard the starter attempt to work.  This is the first time I have had this problem..the only recent work done to the car was replacing the rear struts (done within the past 2 months).

Had the car towed to Pepboys, the maintenance tech put a 30A fuse and said get it checked out by an electrician.  I heard it could be a wire grounding out by the fuel pump.  Is this correct?

Answer
more then likely the fuel pump itself if it was a grounded wire it would pop b4 u got it to turn over. Unplug the fuel pump put in the 20 amp fuse and start the car  if it turns over then u have a fuel pump that is drawing to many amps and need a new one.
