Chrysler Repair: Water pump?, chrysler sebring, fan motor

Question
When I turn my ignition off something in the engine continues to run. The sound is coming from the bottom of the motor up front located in the middle of my 2005 chrysler sebring. The car was beginning to stll before I noticed this problem. The car is not overheating or anything.

what kinda seabring and engine size?  it would haft to be electric because  well a motor does not run when turned off =)
Look and see if u see the fan motor still moving when u pop the hood. ALso  how long does it run for and does it drain the battery?
