Chrysler Repair: a/c stops, pt criuser, temp gauge

Question
QUESTION: i have 2001 pt criuser that i bought from a private owner. when i turned the ac on it was warm. i took the car to a repair shop and they told me the system was not charged.they charged the system and said there must be a blockage because both their gauges pegged out high on their gauge set. they replaced the condensor, then the liquid line off the compressor. now the cars compressor kicks on and off and will not blow cold air. and on top of that it overheats now through the over flow bottle, but the temp gauge reads ok.and the fan runs.

ANSWER: dam  i cant tell u with out seeing what the pressure is myself  i don't see how both can be high and condensers don't block up hehe. Take it back to them and see whats going on  why did tehy give it back to u if it was not fixed ne way?

QUESTION: I dont know. they said it was ok. does this car have a expansion valve. and could that be the problem? thanks for your time.

Answer
The liquid line has the valve in it. Was the condenser leaking  is that why they replaced it? Did they also take out the rad in order to replace the condenser  if so they more then likely did not bleed out the air when they took off the hoses and such for the cooling system. Does the fan come on when it is running with the ac on?
