Chrysler Repair: air and heat, chrysler voyager, temp control

Question
2002 chrysler voyager van. Blower works fine. No heat and air conditioning is not blowing very cool at all. The temp control knob seems to make no difference at all from cold to hot, this is on air or heat. Is this the blend door and or actuator? is there some way to get at it without taking the whole dash out? Thanks

Answer
pull the glove box down and look for the blend door actuator  it will be back then move the slider on the temp control and see if the motor moves  if it does then take it off and see if the door is messed up by moving it with your hand. Go from there. Being an 02  I bet u have either a locked up compressor  and or a leaking front condenser.Look at the front of the van on the passenger side lower corner and see if u see a wet spot. If so replacement of the condenser is needed and add freon. I live in ATL
